We want you to love your case. That's why every order is covered by our 30-Day Love It Guarantee and our Lifetime Warranty.

30-Day Love It Guarantee
Not in love with your case? Within 30 days of delivery you can:
- Exchange it for a different model, color or collection (you only pay any price difference). Your first exchange ships free.
- Or receive full store credit for the amount you paid, issued as a Royal Cases gift card that never expires.

No need to send anything back. Simply submit your request with photos showing the item unused, free of scratches or signs of wear, and in its original packaging. Once approved, your exchange ships or your store credit is issued within 3 business days.

The Love It Guarantee can be used once per customer and applies to phone cases and accessories purchased directly from royalcases.com. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. No need to send the item back.

Lifetime Warranty
If your case breaks or its finish deteriorates under normal use, we'll replace it for free; you only cover the shipping cost. See our Lifetime Warranty policy for details.

Offers & Bundles
Store credit and refunds are based on the price actually paid for each item. If a request means your order no longer qualifies for a promotion (such as Buy 2, Get 2 Free), the value of the free items will be deducted.

Not Covered
- Items showing signs of use, scratches or damage caused after delivery (see our Lifetime Warranty for breakage under normal use)
- Screen protectors that have been applied
- Gift cards and items marked as final sale

How to Submit a Request
Go to our Return Center (My Account) or email info@royalcases.com with your order number, the reason for your request and photos of the item. We reply within 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions or that show a pattern of misuse.

Customers in the EU and UK
In addition to the above, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise it, contact us at info@royalcases.com and we will provide return instructions. We will refund the amount paid, including standard outbound shipping, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that it has been sent. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products.
