How fast is shipping?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then take 3-7 business days to arrive in the US. Shipping is free on orders over $90, otherwise it is a flat $4.95. Premium insured shipping is available at checkout for $9.95.

What if I do not love my case?

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Love It Guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange your case for a different model, color or collection (your first exchange ships free), or receive full store credit as a Royal Cases gift card that never expires. Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every case has a Lifetime Warranty. If it breaks or its finish deteriorates under normal use, we replace it and you only cover a flat $9.95 shipping fee. See the Lifetime Warranty page or email info@royalcases.com with your order number and a photo.

What is the difference between Halo and Infinity?

Halo has a gold ring on the back that you can hold for grip or flip out as a stand. Infinity has a MagSafe magnetic ring with a fold-out stand, so it also snaps onto MagSafe chargers and mounts.

How do I track my order?
