Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $90. Orders under $90 ship for a flat rate of $4.95 (US, UK, Italy) or $7.95 (Canada, Australia and rest of the world).

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Processing includes checking, packing and handing your order to the carrier.

Delivery Times (after processing)
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Italy: 3-9 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-12 business days

Premium Insured Shipping (US only)
Available at checkout for $9.95. Includes shipment insurance and 3-7 business day delivery.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) or due to carrier delays, deliveries may take a few extra days. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@royalcases.com and we'll make it right.
