Premium 1 Year Warranty

The basic Royal Cases warranty is 30 days. By purchasing this warranty you will extend the warranty on your product up to 12 months from its purchase. The following warranty is valid for phone cases only.

What the guarantee includes:
if your phone case gets damaged or broken you can request a change of your case and you will be given a new phone case of the same color and model of your phone.

You won't have to send anything back, just demonstrate us with photos or videos that the case has been damaged. As soon as the request is received, our customer service will send you a new one.

Please note that shipping costs (4.95$) to send new case are not included in the insurance and this additional option is only available once within the available 12 months. Once used, the guarantee will cease to be active.

If you want to insure multiple phone cases in your order you need to purchase a warranty for each phone case in your order.
