How to claim your warranty
- Email us at info@royalcases.com with your order number.
- Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage to your case.
- Once approved, you'll receive a payment link for the $9.95 shipping fee.
- Sit back and relax: your new case will be on its way within 1-3 business days.
What's covered
- Breakage, cracks or deterioration of the finish that occur under normal use
- Replacement with the same model and color (or the closest available alternative if it's no longer in stock)
What's not covered
- Changing your phone model or case color (see our 30-Day Love It Guarantee for exchanges)
- Loss or theft
- Items received free of charge as part of a promotion (such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free): the warranty applies to the paid items in your order
